From ROM Hack City
A ROM hacking journal is a semi-personal project hosted on this wiki. It is a record of everything there is to know about a ROM hacking project and the relevant parts of the ROM.
If you've already got a project, by all means add your project to the list and create your journal! It can include virtually anything except for copyrighted material unless it falls under fair use. This means it's OK to upload screenshots, but not ROM images (big no-no), IPS patches (which are legally considered derivative works), or manual translations (also derivative works). However, it is OK to link to your translation's official site where users can download the patch and manual (no ROMs, though!).
